About Compliance Roles

The role of a Compliance Officer is critical in ensuring that an organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. In this position, you will be responsible for managing compliance across the organization, working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of compliance for the organization
  • Plan, conduct, and continually review continuous improvement initiatives in accordance with national training packages
  • Manage the development, implementation, and review of learning resources, including training and assessment strategy for individual programs
  • To work with the Training Manager to develop a best practice model of vocational training and enhance the development and delivery for students
  • Support the development, review, modification, and continuous improvement of training and assessment procedures
  • Ensure that policies, procedures, forms, and all training and assessment related documentation are developed and maintained to AQF standards
  • Actively participate in organizational meetings, events, and functions

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional who can demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Work independently and within a team environment on numerous high-level projects
  • Exercise discretion, judgment, and confidentiality
  • Develop and manage key relationships, including the ability to consult effectively with trainers and assessors, auditors, etc.
  • Demonstrate experience in the administration of student enrolment records
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in teaching, learning, and assessment as related to adults
  • Ability to work from the City Campus - Work hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
