We are seeking an experienced and energetic Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will create, coordinate and implement targeted learning solutions, interventions and programs that contribute to the development of skills and capability of all employees.
This newly created position provides a chance for professional growth and development in a business or corporate setting, with opportunities for training and facilitation experience from design through to delivery.
The role involves administrating a Learning Management System (LMS) and has the option to work on learning design and e-learning module authoring projects.
We are looking for someone with excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, effective collaboration and internal consultancy and advisory experience, as well as a proactive attitude and alignment with our company values.
