We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Educator.

About the Role:

The role of the Educator is to provide high-quality early childhood education and care for children, while also contributing to the development of our centre's programs and practices.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative and engaging early learning programs that reflect current early years thinking and practice

- Build strong relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community

- Document and share with families in their children's learning and development

- Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of our centre's curriculum

Requirements:

- A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)

- Prior experience in long day-care

- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF

- Current Working with Children's Check
