Learning and Development Officer Role Summary

This is a key opportunity for a Learning and Development professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions that meet the needs of our staff. This will involve working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify training gaps and develop targeted programs.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development professional who can demonstrate a strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher, as well as experience in training facilitation and instructional design.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
