About the Role

The Architectural Analyst is responsible for capturing, updating and reporting all physical land and building asset information in our Asset Management System.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Capturing and updating physical land and building asset information
  • Facilitating Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and asset data operations
  • Advising on activities relating to asset data and CAD
  • Providing guidance and support to team members
  • Undertaking a variety of land and property tasks for school site identification

Our team works closely with principals to provide them with information to support the effective management and maintenance of their assets.

As an Architectural Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date asset data, providing authoritative advice on trends, risks and issues, and supporting business needs.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
  • AUTOCAD skills
  • AutoLISP skills
