Asset Data Management Specialist

This role is responsible for managing and governing asset data to support the organization's overall asset management framework and strategic plans.

The Asset Data Management Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, Network Operations Control Centre, and 3rd party vendors, to ensure that assets are accurately managed and data is up-to-date.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data management and governance
  • Provision and maintenance of accurate data within the asset database and ITSM systems
  • Building and maintaining reports and procedures to detect and resolve inconsistencies in the asset database
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure asset management procedures are followed and refined
  • Conducting asset audits through site inspections

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in asset data management and extraction
  • Experience in asset management, accurate data entry, data extraction, and data cleansing skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivots, and Power Query)
  • Xtraction queries and dashboards

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in BMC Remedy
  • Specific experience in radio, console, and network infrastructure asset management
