We are seeking a professional who can assist ambitious businesses in achieving growth, profitability, and stability. As a Board Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to business owners, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling businesses, finance, marketing, sales, IT, HR, and management. They will be able to demonstrate strong empathy towards entrepreneurs and investors, and possess the ability to engage with businesses over the long term.
In exchange for your expertise, you will receive ongoing support and training from our team, as well as access to our established systems and processes. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own business skills and provide better service to your customers.
As a Master Licensee, you will have exclusive territorial rights to using our brand, website, case studies, business model, marketing systems, and processes. We will provide initial induction, training, and ongoing support, including weekly meetings and monthly Board Meetings.
In return, we ask for a small initial commitment fee, a 10% royalty, and a 10% shareholding in the licensee company. This ensures long-term commitment from us in the success of the licensee.
The role of a Board Advisor is highly varied, and engagements are dependent on the business needs and stage of development. Some examples of work include performance review, funding analysis, outsourcing and supplier analysis, growth planning, staffing structure analysis, and board salary reviews.
Service professionals who are self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences are encouraged to apply. You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to fund yourself outside of joining our team, and be willing to put all your energies into being part of our team.
