This is a senior leadership position in our business, focused on driving commercial growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across key industry verticals to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools and data insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to create tailored solutions for clients across air and ocean freight.
- Lead client proposal development, including quoting, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to deliver exceptional customer value.
- Drive strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and performance targets to maximize ROI.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand service uptake, contributing to long-term business growth.
We seek an experienced professional with the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' proven success in B2B international freight forwarding sales, ideally with experience across both air and sea.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large-scale logistics projects to deliver results-driven outcomes.
