Job Title:
State Manager OpportunitySeeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our business in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have proven recruitment experience within Construction, Architecture & Design - Real Estate, Property, or a related professional sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and grow the business, overseeing all recruitment activity and strategic growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Hands-on recruitment across various sectors including Construction, Architecture, and Design.
- Drive business growth further into Real Estate – Property & Development.
- Full Profit & Loss ownership, driving profitability and business success.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with a strong focus on business development.
Requirements:
- Proven recruitment experience ideally within Construction, Architecture & Design - Real Estate, Property, or a related professional sector.
- A natural leader with previous experience managing and growing a recruitment team.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to take full ownership of a P&L.
- Someone who is ambitious, competitive, resilient, and motivated by success.
- A connector - you understand how to build trust with clients, influence outcomes, and deliver results.
