CBRE is seeking a Workplace Operations Specialist to join our team in North Ryde.
About the Role
We are looking for a charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies the values of our company. As a Workplace Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for creating positive first impressions and ensuring smooth operations in the workplace. You will welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, facilitate open communication, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create positive first impressions and ensure smooth operations in the workplace.
- Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Facilitate open communication and act as a liaison between employees, clients, and vendors.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring facilities are well maintained, clean, and safe.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for various services and supplies.
- Manage office budgets and make cost-effective decisions to optimize resources.
- Evaluate health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain and check kitchen and office supplies, order office supplies, and other common use items for the site.
- Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager.

- Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
