About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Hybrid Workplace Solutions Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our APAC Operating Countries, you will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

With a strong background in Audio Visual consulting, engineering, design, and/or commissioning, you will possess extensive knowledge of AV systems, including projection and display, sound and speech reinforcement, audio and video conferencing, analogue and digital signal processing, analogue and digital signal distribution and routing, and control systems. Your expertise in current technology and its partners, such as Logitech, Microsoft, Yealink, Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, Poly, Biamp, Neat, Jabra, Smartsign, Screen Cloud, ONELAN, Zoom, LG, PointGrab, VergeSense, and Tether, is also essential.

In this role, you will collaborate with sales teams across APAC to understand customer needs and develop customised solutions to meet those needs. You will maintain professional and technical knowledge, keeping abreast of technology and market trends and preserving industry certifications. Additionally, you will assist with the formulation of project costings and other presales documentation as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 5-10 years in an Audio Visual consulting, engineering, design, and/or commissioning role
  • Extensive knowledge in the design of AV systems, including but not limited to: projection and display; sound and speech reinforcement; audio and video conferencing; analogue and digital signal processing, analogue and digital signal distribution and routing; control systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical, as audiovisual technical professional must explain technical concepts to non-technical customers and sales teams in a clear and concise manner.
