The Service Centre operates as the central hub of the TOMRA operation, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills to interface with partners, technicians, and customers. This role is heavily focused on customer support and technical expertise.
You will be located in the TOMRA Sydney office and will work on a shift-based roster, providing technical support to partners and colleagues in the field, assisting with customer queries and complaints, and monitoring systems and running diagnostics via a web-based portal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to partners and colleagues in the field
- Assist with customer queries and complaints

- Interact with technicians, colleagues, and partners visiting sites
- Analyse anomalies and take corrective actions
- Perform configurations and changes to the machines remotely online
