
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply best practices in consultative SaaS selling.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads
- Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans
- Collaborate with sales management and marketing teams to ensure quality and quantity of discovery calls
- Schedule discovery calls for assigned Account Executives
- Conduct needs assessments with specific prospects as assigned
- Previous experience in high-volume outbound sales
- Track record of high achievement and desire to meet measurable performance goals
- Ability to handle objections and rejection daily
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with peers who challenge each other
- Technical aptitude to master sales tools and be naturally curious
