Business Development Manager Position Overview

Job Description
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Technology & Telecoms industry, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system, ensuring data-driven decision-making and informed strategy development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude, with a valid driver's licence and ability to travel within the Sunshine Coast or Townsville region as required.
