We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Strategic Operations Lead. This role will provide high-level support across planning, projects, data analysis, and process development and improvement.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead and support a diverse range of activities, projects, and events, and assist leaders to meet internal and external planning, monitoring, review, and communication requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has demonstrated skills in planning, implementation, and reporting in complex organizations, particularly related to operational and strategic projects.

  • Collaborate with senior staff to provide high-level support for school planning, processes, and projects;
  • Work collaboratively within the organization to support the delivery of projects and initiatives;
  • Provide high-level support to committees and working groups;
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and general administration of the organization;
  • Coordinate events, including logistical requirements.
