Job Title: Strategic Financial Operations Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our finance function. As Strategic Financial Operations Lead, you will oversee the entire financial operations lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Bolster financial management capabilities across multiple entities by fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and best practices.

Leverage expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to provide actionable insights driving informed business decisions.

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Develop and implement processes, procedures, and controls to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

A highly qualified candidate possessing CA/CPA qualifications and extensive experience in leading complex multi-entity finance functions is required.

A proven track record of successfully implementing financial strategies, process improvements, and technological advancements is essential.

Familiarity with Pronto ERP is desirable as is experience in property, investment, or capital-intensive sectors.
