About the Job:We are seeking an experienced sales professional to take on a leadership position in our Enterprise business. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Canberra region.
You must be results-driven, customer-focused, and technologically savvy, with a proven track record of success in sales. You will need to prospect and target strategic accounts, develop relationships with partners and resellers, and present security solutions to senior and C-level audiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region.
- Negotiate agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
- Gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.
- Maintain existing relationships with key decision makers (typically at the CIO and CISO level) in industry, partners, and enterprise customers to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment.
- Strong experience selling Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies.
- A proven successful track record meeting and/or exceeding individually owned quota and performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.
- Significant experience developing relationships with senior executives and alliance partners.
