The Role

This challenging role involves providing professional support to the General Counsel & Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with ASX and corporate regulations. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with ASX and Corporations Act compliance, including drafting and reviewing key documents.
  • Coordinating Board meetings and preparing meeting materials, such as minutes and agendas.
  • Managing employee share plans and coordinating related administrative tasks.
  • Contributing to corporate reporting and governance activities, including ESG reporting, governance statements, and investor engagement materials.
  • Performing other company secretarial duties as required.
