Corporate Governance Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the General Counsel & Company Secretary in providing advice and managing corporate compliance obligations. This role will involve assisting with excess workflow requirements on a part-time or casual basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ASX Listing Rules and relevant compliance requirements, as well as experience in employee share plan administration and corporate governance principles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Company Secretary with ASX and Corporations Act compliance.
  • Assisting in coordinating Board meetings and preparing meeting materials.
  • Administering and managing employee share plan obligations.
  • Contributing to corporate reporting and governance, including ESG reporting and governance statements.
