**About CTM**

**About the Role**
As **Groups Consultant** you provide premium front-line customer service to all Australian Government Agency Customers. A typical day will see you managing inbound bookings, quoting Group Travel and answering queries. This is a fast-paced environment, you will need to be passionate about customer service and comfortable managing all aspects of travel bookings including flights, accommodation, car hire and transfers. Full training will be provided for this role with lots of opportunities to progress in your career.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end domestic and/or international travel management
- Demonstrated experience managing Group travel - essential
- Travel GDS experience - Amadeus preferred
- Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills
- Organisational, time management and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work a rotating roster - predominantly Monday-Friday
