Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer

As a key member of the Corporate Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and governance best practices. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Company Secretary in maintaining ASX and Corporations Act compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating Board meetings and preparing meeting materials
  • Administering and managing employee share plan obligations
  • Contributing to corporate reporting and governance, including ESG reporting, governance statements, and materials for investor and proxy adviser engagement
  • Performing other company secretarial duties as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a company secretarial role within an ASX-listed environment or in close support of the Company Secretary
  • Strong understanding of ASX Listing Rules and relevant compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of ESG and corporate governance reporting obligations
  • Familiarity with proxy adviser engagement and stakeholder communications
  • Experience with employee share plans and their administration
  • Solid grasp of corporate governance principles for ASX-listed entities
  • Understanding of shareholder meetings and related stakeholder engagement
  • Commercial, pragmatic approach to preparing corporate documentation
  • Foundational knowledge of Corporations Law
