Job Summary

This role is responsible for assisting in the management of the recruitment and hiring process. The incumbent will assist in interviewing and hiring human resource employee team members with the appropriate skills, as needed.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with external recruitment sources. They will attend job fairs and ensure documentation of outreach efforts in accordance with human resource standard operating procedures.

In addition, the incumbent will assist in managing employee development. This includes ensuring employees are cross-trained to support successful daily operations.

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with external partners
