Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sourcing Specialist, you'll build and manage talent pipelines for critical job families and specialised skill sets that drive our firm's success. You'll focus on key technology, emerging, and growth sectors, using data-driven insights from talent market intelligence and competitor analysis to develop sophisticated sourcing strategies.
- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent across multiple channels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and organisational culture.
- Utilise various platforms to proactively identify hard-to-find candidates in competitive markets.
- Build strong relationships with passive candidates through personalised outreach campaigns and industry networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping exercises to provide hiring teams with competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimise sourcing processes and continuously improve candidate experience.
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of recruitment experience in either internal talent acquisition or agency environments. You should have demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates across various industries and role levels.
- Advanced proficiency in sourcing tools and technologies including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with proven ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and data analysis.
