Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to drive business growth and lead our team in Canberra, AU.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, inspiring and motivating a team of employees, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment, monitoring inventory levels, managing store expenses, and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive shopping experience and resolving customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment through effective visual merchandising and product presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability, coordinating with suppliers and the head office as necessary.
  • Manage store expenses and control costs to maximise financial performance.
  • Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Exposure to working in a retail apparel environment.
