We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to support the delivery of our Events and Venue Hire Programs. In this varied role, you will assist in event planning, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide administrative support including scheduling and invoicing.

Key aspects of this role include:

Assisting in the planning and delivery of events and other public programs activitiesLiaising regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomesProviding administrative support including scheduling, invoicing, and establishing venue hire agreements

To be successful in this role, you will need to obtain and maintain relevant accreditation, including Responsible Service of Alcohol and Working with Vulnerable People.
