Aligned Leisure is a subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, with a focus on managing the operations of its health, fitness, and leisure businesses. The company operates 32 leisure centres and facilities across Victoria and New South Wales. At Aligned Leisure, developing a supportive environment for employees is paramount. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, productive, and exceptional swimming lessons by maintaining a solid understanding of the Swim and Survive program, industry developments, and OH&S guidelines.
  • Engage with students and parents regularly to maximize member retention opportunities.
  • Promote a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for all students.
  • Work with the Swim School Captains to minimize disruptions to classes.
  • Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene at all times.


Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Teacher of swimming and Water Safety.
  • Teacher of Infants and Pre School (desirable).
  • Teacher of Inclusive Aquatics (desirable).
  • CPR.
  • First Aid.
  • Working with Children Check - Vic.
  • Industry experience and license.
