Aquatic Safety and Leisure Supervisor

This is a key role within Aligned Leisure, responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of customers in our aquatic environments. The Lifeguard will oversee the supervision of all individuals within the aquatic area, prioritizing customer safety and experience.
Main Responsibilities- Aquatic Supervision: Regularly perform supervisory circuits to ensure constant supervision of the aquatic environment and customers, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Health and Safety: Identify potential safety risks and implement measures to mitigate them, discussing health and safety with staff on every shift and overseeing evacuation procedures as required.
- Service Delivery: Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and educating new participants, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Pool Plant and Equipment: Conduct water quality tests, liaise with the Duty Captain on maintenance matters, and ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
- Current First Aid Certificate - HLTAID003 Provide First Aid
- Current Pool Lifeguard Award - SISSS00111 Pool Lifeguard
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
- Annual medical assessment and swimming requirements
