Executive Culinary Team Member

As a Marriott International Executive Culinary Team Member, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation in the culinary industry. You will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative and creative team to set the pace in the industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the preparation and production of all hot or cold food items for the food and beverage outlet. This includes collaborating with the Head Chef to ensure the quality, consistency, and production of food in all areas of responsibility.
You will also be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation. Additionally, you will plan and manage food quantities and plating requirements for the food operation, ensuring proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish focusing on attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the preparation and production of all hot or cold food items for the food and beverage outlet
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in ensuring the quality, consistency, and production of food in all areas of responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation
- Plan and manage food quantities and plating requirements for the food operation
- Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
- Passion for the industry
- Relevant experience in a similar role
