Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist

As a senior functional consultant, you will spearhead the development and expansion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities. Your focus will be on enhancing Marketing and Customer Insights modules, utilising expertise in configuring security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings, including the Customer Insights connector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand Real-time Journeys and Event Planning modules, optimise configuration, implement features, and document solutions effectively.
  • Provide expert advice on security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings, including the Customer Insights connector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop nurture activities, trigger-based marketing campaigns, and content personalisation strategies.
  • Offer guidance on implementing brand and compliance profiles, preference centres, and consent management best practices.
  • Optimise the Event Planning module, including Power Pages event portal configuration, and develop marketing/event forms and templates.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to upskill internal teams throughout the optimisation process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in an ICT-related field or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are essential.
  • Proven experience using and configuring features across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and Data products is required.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and optimising Real-time Journeys and Event Planning modules to support marketing and event automation is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of marketing tactics and technical solutions that support them is crucial.
  • Technical proficiency in CRM systems and related technologies, including experience in data migration projects, is required.
  • Knowledge of Australian privacy laws and data protection regulations is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with government IT systems and processes is desirable.
