Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Expert

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to lead the design, delivery and support of platform implementations in collaboration with clients.

About the Role

This is an excellent chance for a Senior Functional Consultant to take charge of CRM system implementations and lead a team of functional consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in implementing CRM systems with a deep understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing principles.
  • Drive Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) & Power Platforms implementation.
  • Provide presales and project shaping support.
  • Assist with consulting activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading teams and implementing CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with D365 CE platforms across modules.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF etc.).
  • Knowledge of multiple industries and common business issues.
  • Experience with Agile Delivery methodologies.
  • Desirable: Knowledge in D365 FinOps or BC applications.
  • Minimum 7 years of D365 Platform experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of consultancy/delivery experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of project ownership/team leadership.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and business analysis skills.
  • Expertise in Power Apps configuration, CI/CD & DevOps, and data manipulation.
