Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 testing expert to lead our team of testers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with project goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing test approaches that drive testing capability uplift across people, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes
  • Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers
  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks and scripts
  • Oversee the execution of functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
  • Track and report test progress, defect metrics, and quality KPIs
  • Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience
  • Leadership role experience (3+ years)
  • DevOps tool proficiency
  • Agile/Scrum methodology understanding
  • QA best practices knowledge
