Job Opportunity

Are you a marketing professional looking to drive organisational success? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead the optimisation and expansion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing capabilities.

This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance marketing processes. Key responsibilities include leading the configuration, optimisation, and implementation of Real-time journeys and Event planning modules, advising on security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings, and providing guidance on implementing brand and compliance profiles, consent management, and preference centres.

Key qualifications for this role include tertiary qualifications in ICT or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and Data products, expertise in implementing and optimising Real-time journeys and Event planning modules, strong understanding of marketing tactics and technical solutions to support them, knowledge of Australian privacy laws, data protection regulations, and government IT systems, and excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Need To Succeed
