Senior Functional Consultant Job Description

Role Overview

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will lead our Dynamics 365 & Power Platforms team in implementing CRM systems and ensuring a deep understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles. This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with customers to deliver effective platform solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) & Power Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver platform implementations in collaboration with our customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver effective platform solutions.
  • Support presales and project shaping activities to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading teams and implementing CRM systems is essential.
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE platforms across modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, PCF, etc.
  • Strong understanding of multiple industries and common business issues.
  • Familiarity with Agile Delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of D365 FinOps or BC applications would be beneficial.
  • 7+ years of D365 Platform experience.
  • 7+ years of consultancy/delivery experience.
  • 4+ years of project ownership/team leadership.
