Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead the design, delivery, and support of platform implementations in collaboration with our customers.

  • Lead a team of functional consultants in implementing CRM systems and collaborating with customers.
  • Implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) & Power Platforms solutions.
  • Provide presales and project shaping support.
  • Deliver hands-on consulting activities.
Your Ideal Background
  • Proven experience leading teams and implementing CRM systems.
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE platforms across modules.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of multiple industries and common business issues.
  • Familiarity with Agile Delivery methodologies.
We're Looking for Someone Who
  • Has at least 7 years of D365 Platform experience.
  • Has at least 7 years of consultancy/delivery experience.
  • Has 4+ years of project ownership/team leadership.
  • Possesses strong presentation, communication, and business analysis skills.
  • Is an expert in Power Apps configuration, CI/CD & DevOps, and data manipulation.
