Job Description

We are seeking a strategic advisor to provide operational support and guidance across the organization.

This generalist role will collaborate closely with all staff to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

They will be responsible for providing HR/IR/ER/WHS advice to staff and management, supporting the development of policies and procedures, and collaborating with the People & Culture team on WHS and return-to-work initiatives.

The role involves prioritizing and managing workload within a busy environment, working collaboratively with staff and management to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR/IR/ER/WHS advice to staff and management
  • Support the development of policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team on WHS and return-to-work initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in prioritizing and managing workload within a busy environment
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Current valid National Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Clearance
