Senior People and Culture Business Partner Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. This is a key position that will partner with executives and leaders to navigate complex employment matters.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders to manage risk and escalation, providing expert guidance on the people side of change.
- Develop and implement workforce strategies to enhance current processes and practices.
- Provide advice on industrial consultation, supporting leaders through transitions, and helping manage impacts and risks.
- Proven experience in advising senior leaders on complex workforce matters, including interpreting industrial instruments and policy requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, thoughtful correspondence and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively, calmly under pressure, and passionately about people.
- Experience managing a wide range of employee matters using fair, consistent, and best practice approaches.
