Job Description

The Gold Coast SUNS are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage various financial tasks, including accounts payable, payroll, and debtor invoicing.

This is a part-time role that would suit those wanting flexibility. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager and CFO to administer day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payment runs and reconcile corporate credit card expenditures.
  • Input and process all debtor invoicing and send out to clients.
  • Reconcile refunds and manage accounts receivable/payable queries.
  • Administer petty cash, floats, Uber expenses, and cash & cheque banking.
  • Prepare and post travel-related journals and expense schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in a financial role with a focus on data entry and data checking.
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a productive team environment.
