Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Produce clear, actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Support Project Managers with financials, processes, and administrative tasks.
  • Champion quality through stage gate reviews and project health checks.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a PMO coordination role within IT.
  • Strong planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Confident communication skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player with adaptability.
