Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project lead to manage a portfolio of projects across the Commercial, Retail, Industrial, and Residential sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from concept to completion, with experience in refurbishment, fit-out, and new build developments. This role offers a chance to broaden your expertise while working directly with major clients. You will lead and coordinate external consultants and contractors, oversee procurement, design, tender, and delivery processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from concept to completion

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' local consultancy experience in project management
  • Degree in a property or construction-related discipline
  • Proven capability across refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects
  • Experience in residential and commercial new build developments highly regarded
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
