
Property Operations Helpdesk Coordinator

The Property Operations Helpdesk Coordinator is responsible for completing administrative tasks to actively support the Property Operations team and Stakeholders. The role will generally be the first point of contact for Property Operations enquiries and will be responsible for the day to day coordination of the Property Operations Helpdesk.
Provide the Property Operations team with general administrative support including taking accurate detailed messages, issuing routine correspondence, purchase orders and reports.
**Essential**
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role or demonstrated competency
Call Centre / Property Management / Help Desk experience, including knowledge of property maintenance technical terminology
Intermediate computer literacy and competency in administration software, including Microsoft Office suite
Strong organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and plan
Well-developed negotiation and problem-solving skills.
High level attention to detail
Customer centric communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
Previous experience coordinating internal staff & external providers
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Sensitivity to the needs of the elderly in a residential care setting
**Desirable**
Experience and understanding of asset management practices
