Workplace Injury Support Specialist

About the Position
This is a full-time Case Manager role that allows for flexibility to work from home up to 2 days after initial training. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting people who have been injured at work and guiding all parties through each stage of the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals who have experienced workplace injuries by providing guidance throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage treatment approvals, return-to-work plans, and injury management strategies.
- Manage weekly payments and provider invoices efficiently.
About You
- Previous experience in workers compensation is highly desirable but not essential.
- A background in healthcare, nursing, allied health, aged care, or medical receptionist roles is suitable.
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes that benefit all parties.
- You possess a genuine, caring nature that prioritizes customers' needs, demonstrating empathy in all circumstances.
- You are an organized individual with strong time management and prioritization skills.
