Job Description

We support individuals through workplace injury recovery, helping them rebuild confidence, regain independence and return to meaningful work. Our team works alongside employees, providing personalized rehabilitation throughout their journey back to the workplace.

The Role

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will guide and manage your clients' journey as they return to daily life after a psychological injury. You will influence them to achieve their identified goals through a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex physical and psychological injury cases, providing health coaching, career coaching, and return-to-work support.
  • Performing vocational assessments both in-person and virtually.
  • Creating employer networks within NSW.
  • Using award-winning psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve great outcomes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychology, or Psychology.
  • Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW, or APHRA.
  • Experience working in a similar role within the Occ. Rehab sector is highly desirable.
