Injury Prevention Specialist, Workplace Rehabilitation Expert

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist / Workplace Rehabilitation Expert to join our multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on physical injuries, delivering holistic return-to-work (RTW) and injury management services. They will work directly with employers and stakeholders to develop RTW plans and injury prevention strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Allied Health professionals (e.g., Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist) or experienced 2+ years in RTW/Injury Management within Workers Compensation
- Strong understanding of employer-based RTW programs
- Passionate about improving recovery outcomes and supporting workers back to work
- Collaborative team player with a mentoring mindset and proactive attitude
