Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients to support their return to work and recovery from physical and psychological injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver workplace health and safety services to clients across various industries, including construction, manufacturing, and healthcare
  • Conduct assessments and develop rehabilitation plans to support clients' recovery and return to work
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including medical specialists and other allied health professionals, to ensure effective case management
  • Develop and implement injury management strategies to reduce the risk of workplace injuries
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (or equivalent)
  • Current registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ASORC/RCAA)
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for supporting people with physical and psychological injuries
