Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We deliver bespoke support to individuals living with illness, disability or injury through tailored occupational rehabilitation programs.

Our multidisciplinary team of professionals works collaboratively with clients to identify goals and provide targeted psychological or physical supports for a fulfilling life.

Our services are designed to promote return-to-work outcomes, prevent injuries, and foster employability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective case management with manageable caseloads and support from rehabilitation specialists
  • Applying clinical expertise to drive return-to-work outcomes
  • Designing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education initiatives
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or related fields
  • General or Provisional registration with AHPRA or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with ASORC or accredited with AASW
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, strong time management, and a current NSW Driver's License
