About the Role

Our team is dedicated to supporting individuals through workplace injury recovery, helping them rebuild confidence and regain independence.

We provide personalized rehabilitation, ensuring every person feels empowered throughout their journey back to the workplace.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage complex physical and psychological injury cases, providing health coaching and return-to-work support.
  • Perform vocational assessments in-person and virtually to help employees achieve great outcomes.
  • Develop strong employer networks within NSW to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Utilize award-winning psychosocial risk assessment tools to drive success.
What You'll Need
  • Relevant degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychology or Psychology.
  • Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW or APHRA.
  • Experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly desirable but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and consultation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in research and data preparation for reporting.
  • Accurate administration procedures and adherence to protocols.
  • Australian driver's license and access to vehicle.
  • Police clearance and Working with Children Check.
