We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a specialist in workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions, you will work closely with individuals and organisations to achieve their goals.
About the Role- You will assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations using your expertise and skills.
- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
- Perform assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
- Manage cases effectively to plan, coordinate, and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals.
- Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.
- Clinical expertise in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or AEP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
