Resource Management Specialist

Job OverviewWe're seeking an exceptional Resource Management Lead to join our Consulting team. This role involves developing and executing effective resourcing strategies in collaboration with Service Group Leadership.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide resourcing options to stakeholders, considering various leverage models, including offshore teams.
- Understand and communicate resourcing capacity, ensuring maximum resource efficiency.
- Offer visibility, insights, and recommendations on resourcing to inform business decisions.
- Identify and resolve conflicts by negotiating resolutions or reallocating resources.
- Foster career development and growth for our people.
- Ensure forecast accuracy and identify process improvements.
- Promote the Resource Management function as an ambassador.
- Mobilize resources - track redeployments.
- Support the Consulting Workforce Lead on firm-wide projects.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Divisional skillsets and career needs to inform project allocation decisions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, high-level analytical abilities, and organizational skills. You should be proactive, positive, and a motivated team player with confidence in building relationships. Familiarity with Microsoft tools, especially Excel, is also essential.
