The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective resourcing strategies in collaboration with the Service Group Leadership team. Key responsibilities will include providing resourcing options to business stakeholders, understanding and communicating resourcing capacity, and maximizing resource efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with engagement managers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve conflicts, facilitate career development and growth for our people, and ensure forecast accuracy. You will also have the opportunity to represent the Resource Management function and build relationships across the organization.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and analytical abilities. As a Resource Optimization Specialist, you will have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' success and contribute to the growth and development of our people.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
