Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Excel Building Management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing approval of timesheets, creating and maintaining employee records, and conducting hiring and recruitment processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage employee records and files in Employment Hero.
- Conduct hiring and recruitment processes in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Answer phone and email inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling for Building Managers, Concierge, and Cleaners via Employment Hero.
- Performance Management.
- Policy Development.
- Workforce Planning.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Human Resources management.
- Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word.
- A strong administrative background.
- An appreciation of customer service.
- Process driven, outcome orientated, and high level of attention to detail.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
- Previous experience in the strata industry is a plus.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to influence and motivate others.
